L'Histoire<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L'histoire commence en 1962, quand Pierre et Nicole DAVID arrivent sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, c'est un domaine vivant de polyculture, vaches, ma\u00efs, foin et seulement une dizaine d'hectares de vignes. Le propri\u00e9taire de l'\u00e9poque leur accordait toute confiance. D'un commun accord, la conversion totale en viticulture a \u00e9t\u00e9 amorc\u00e9e pour arriver \u00e0 une trentaine d'hectares dans les ann\u00e9es 70. (Bruno, leur fils et actuel propri\u00e9taire a alors quatre ans). Un chai avait \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans les d\u00e9pendances et anciennes \u00e9curies. \nAu d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l'ancien propri\u00e9taire, la famille de celui-ci propose naturellement \u00e0 Pierre et Nicole David d'acqu\u00e9rir la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Le couple se lance alors dans l'aventure\u2026

En 1980, la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 attenante au ch\u00e2teau Maillard se trouve en vente. De nouveau Pierre et Nicole investissent et la transforment, augmente la superficie en vignes \u00e0 55 ha.

Le chai de Maillard devenant exigu, un nouveau chai est construit \u00e0 partir d\u2019un vieux corps de ferme, sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment acquise au lieu-dit Ramonas. (actuel si\u00e8ge social)

Malheureusement, Pierre d\u00e9c\u00e8de en 1982. Nicole poursuit leur projet en ma\u00eetresse femme jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que Bruno la rejoigne pour l\u2019\u00e9pauler fin des ann\u00e9es 1980.

Dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, le voisin imm\u00e9diat de Ramonas, d\u00e9sireux de prendre sa retraite, propose \u00e0 Bruno d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir ses vignes, augmentant la superficie en vigne de 3 ha suppl\u00e9mentaires. Le ch\u00e2teau Maillard compte d\u00e9sormais 58 ha d\u2019un seul tenant.

De constantes am\u00e9liorations sont apport\u00e9es, notamment la construction d\u2019une station d'\u00e9puration traitant les effluents viticoles et vinicoles (le ch\u00e2teau Maillard a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9curseur \u00e0 ce niveau) la recherche d\u2019optimisation et le souci de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 environnementale sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien pr\u00e9sents. En 2008, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de sa maman, Bruno (aid\u00e9 de son \u00e9pouse Fabienne) a prit les r\u00eanes de l\u2019entreprise fond\u00e9e par ses parents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
